Sebastian Hager
Born 1997, I completed my Elementary, Middle, and High School education and the American International School of Vienna. Living and working in Vienna, I provide specialized IB tutoring in both English and German. My journey with the International Baccalaureate is both professional and personal; having taken the IB coursework myself, I have deep personal insight into the struggle of the IB workload and the unique pressure students face. This experience allows me to foster a trustworthy and appreciative atmosphere where students can regain their self-efficacy and academic confidence.
With over 10 years of experience tutoring both Mathematics and Economics, I have helped over one hundred students improve their studies and develop their scholastic competence. My academic background is rooted in excellence, as I had the luxury of being taught by Ian Dorton, the author of the renowned IB Economics textbook. This elite training enables me to offer "new perspectives" and high-level strategies that go beyond standard classroom instruction.
My practice has a truly global reach. I have supported students all around the world, including those from Canada and the US, across Spain, Germany, and Norway, to Lebanon and Oman.
