Important Information
Cancellation Policy
To maintain a professional and committed learning environment, a standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made via email, text, or phone at least 48 hours before the appointment to be free of charge. Cancellations made after this window will require payment for the scheduled session or be charged against the remaining block balance.
